Group Nesting Requests - Custom Email Template (Requestor)

Group owners requesting group nesting receive emails. These emails should be customizable.

Currently the email sent to the group nesting requestor is the same that is sent for other group modifications (like group join).  Having a email template specific to nesting that is customizable to add details specific to group nesting, would be good feature to have.
