As part of integration efforts and to give Netwrix clients a consistent experience, the GroupID Support portal's URL is changed to https://www.netwrix.com/support.html as of September 18, 2023. With this change, the facility to create NEW support tickets via email are discontinued. All new tickets must be created through the Support portal.
