Decouple Identity Provider Names From Their Sign-In Button Label

It would be nice if SAML identity providers had a dedicated field for the self-service login portal button label.  For our self-service portals where we have both GroupID (LDAP) and SAML authentication, the SAML provider's name in Authenticate is (e.g.) "Log In Using Azure SSO," because the provider name is the login button label, as well.
