Duplicate group nesting requests
Group nesting requests are configured to use approval workflow.
Group1 is added as a member of Group2. The nesting request is queued until the request is approved or denied.
Group1 is being added as a member of Group2 again. The request goes through again without indication to the owner of Group2 that the request has already been made and is pending.
This results in duplicate requests in the request Inbox for Group2's owner and duplicate requests in the request inbox of the user(s) who review the nesting request (workflow). As a result duplicate emails are also being sent out.
The user should receive a notification that the request is already pending and cannot be resubmitted, eliminating duplicate requests and confusion on the number of unique nesting requests being made.
