GroupID packaged as a virtual appliance (OVF or Docker)

I would like to see if the development team would be willing to package GroupID as a virtual appliance for deployment in Docker, VMware, and other hypervisors.  Not only this would simplify the migration between major releases for customers it would be more sustainable and faster to troubleshoot app/OS dependencies as everything would be bundled.
