Adding a user to multiple group mails whether as a member or owner (DLRequest)

Today you can add user/s to a single group one at the time. The request is to be able to add user/s to multiple groups, as a member and/or as an Owner. In addition to be able to do that in a bulk update (like today when trying to add user to single group)

e.g. New employee has just joined and you need to add him to 40+ groups, how would you do that efficiently ?! following several conversation with IT members the answer was that this is a Feature request.
Another case that I have is to a NE on my team and I need to him also to be an additional owner on 30 groups , I would like to be able to add him to all relevant groups in a bulk and not one by one.

We from IT can do this from back end using Powershell but actually we were looking for this feature in the GroupID Self service portal so that users can do it themselves just like they use the import feature to add multiple users in single group.

Not all users can do the PowerShell script.

Is it possible to add this feature in the portal?
