GroupID Distribution List change notifications

Hi Team, 

In recent days we have noticed there are some changes not being notified when Distribution Lists are updated, however, we are able to see the changes in Active Directory the Self-Update and Change notification emails have stopped for some reason. 

Is there a KB we can follow to re enable this notifications?
