Decouple Self-Service Portal's Display Name and URL

It would be nice if the display name of the self-service portals could be changed without impacting their underlying URLs. 

For example, a portal named "Admin" has the URL of https://groupid.contoso.com/admin.  But that causes the text "Sign in to : Admin" to be displayed at the top of the portal's login page.  Which is a bit odd.

If the portal display name (GroupID MMC \ Self-Service \ Portals \ Admin \ Server \ General) is changed to "Admin Portal," that looks nicer on the login page, but the virtual server's URL changes to https://groupid.contoso.com/user%20portal, which, with the escaped space, is not so nice.
