Support old URLs so links are not broken

In the latest version of GroupID, links like this one are broken and no longer work:

https://dlrequest/GroupID/Properties.aspx?DN=CN=Access-Group,OU=GroupID,OU=Groups,DC=company,DC=com

This is an oversight as it should never be the intention of an application to break older URLs.

My suggestion is to add a route match which will catch these older style URLs and redirect to the newer version which looks like this:

https://dlrequest/GroupID/Groups/Properties?identity=YjIxYzg3YTRmZTE4NDdmZGIyNTFjNDFiMDZmMGRhOGN8Z3JvdXA=
