How to generate a url to a user/group

In the newest version of GroupID (dlrequest) I can't figure out how to generate the direct URL to a user or group.

A URL like this one:

https://dlrequest/GroupID/Groups/Properties?identity=YjIxYzg3YTRmZTE4NDdmZGIyNTFjNDFiMDZmMGRhOGN8Z3JvdXA=#

uses something called "identity" but I'm not sure where that comes from.

The last version had URLS like this, which are easily constructed using a record's DN:

https://dlrequest/GroupID/Properties.aspx?DN=CN=Access-Group,OU=GroupID,OU=Groups,DC=company,DC=com
