Centralized Master exclusion criteria list that applies to all groups (even existing ones)

Hi,

This is related to the request https://support.imanami.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360022786133-Add-ability-to-centrally-manage-default-group-criteria but with one significant difference.

While the previous enhancement deals with creation of new groups, we would like to see if there is a way to provide a central exclusion criteria that can be referred to any time a group is updated.

Example:

Master exclusion: Division Is Not "Division X"

Group criteria: Division Is Present AND User is Active

This would update the group with existing criteria excluding members of "Division X".
