Ability to upgrade an existing group to a Managerial Dynasty

In GroupID 10 you can only upgrade an existing AD group to an Organization, custom & geographical dynasty not a Managerial Dynasty. 

Managerial dynasties for us, are used heavily and seems half baked that you cannot upgrade to a managerial dynasty when this feature was released.
