Integrate Jobs Directly with Oracle Database

We are using Group ID with Latest Version and we have a task which executes through excel file and updates AD attribute 

But we are planning to perform the same task directly trough the oracle instead of dumping excel file from oracle DB

Please provide some advice or how can we achieve that task from Group ID ?
