Improve 'Transfer' function to include assigning a new manager
AnsweredCurrently, if a manager selects one of their direct reports in the self service portal and clicks the Transfer button, the effect is simply to remove that direct report (leaving the direct report with no manager assigned.) This is counter-intuitive, the word transfer implies that the user will be assigned to a new manager.
When the transfer button is clicked, it should prompt to select a new value for the user's manager.

Thanks for the feedback. The transfer functionality was introduced in GroupID Self Service recently and is open to discussions and feedback. Our product team follow all the posts here and will surely consider this suggestion.
