Add ability to analyze existing groups and provide a report on potential problems

• Groups which have invalid criteria after the migration (due to a missing ODBC entry, driver, text database, etc.)
• Groups that have not been updated due to out-of-bounds issues or would go out-of-bounds after the migration
• This should also be built into the Upgrade-Group cmdlet as part of the migration process
