Is there any document to Recover the Group ID server? e.g if the server HDD failed we need to recovery the server from scratch. I didn't find any document in the protal or admin guide.

  I would be also interested in seeing an official document for this. 

  We are using GroupID 10 and have slave master configuration, while technical support has helped answered my questions about what files need to be backed up and how to recover, it would be good if there was an official document to outline the process.

  This would be beneficial for new or potential customers as they will not have to create their own document and have a baseline to evaluate the tool based on how easy is it to support/recover in an enterprise environment.
