User Based Roles and Groups to Specific Containers

I know we can allow roles to select which OU they can add groups and even narrow down the list they can select from. I know we can have groups go to the OU for which the user exists. I would like to see the ability for when someone in a normal user based role select the distribution group radio button the group just goes to a specific OU (called Distribution Groups) and when they select the Security Group radio button,the group goes to a different OU (called Security Groups).

  Hello Kip,

  We have added the feature to select an OU based on recipient type that includes; user, group or a contact. I will get back to you soon to confirm whether we will be able to distinguish between group types.

  Hello Kip,

  GroupID 9 is released and now you can default OU based on recipient type that includes; user, group or a contact.
