Self Service request to include contacts in bulk if possible ?

    Hello Dario,

    Contacts can be created from Self Service if allowed to the role. As for bulk creation, GroupID Synchronize can achieve this.

    As per my understanding, the use case here is;

    • User imports members to the group via Self Service.
    • If there exists a user/recipient in Active Directory that matches the import file, they get added as a member to the group 
    • If there is no matching user found in Active Directory, the end user to have the option to create selected or all as a contact in Active Directory and add a member of the group.

    This is an interesting use case, we will discuss this internally and get back to you.
