Administrator should be able to update a group even through there is a workflow enabled.
We opened case (21610) because administrators are unable to add to the member of on Semi-Private or Private groups without the UI submitting a request for the group owners approval. We feel that as an administrator, we should be able to take any action on a group through the UI without requesting owner approver because at times we are modifying groups per the owners request.
We were advised to modify the nested group workflow and add the administrator in the approvers section which works but now the administrator receives an email for every nested group request which we don't want or need. If we remove the notification that will remove it for the group owners who actually need to see/approve those requests.
Can an additional permission be added to allow administrators to make any change without approval regardless of if there is a workflow?
